Hotel Villa Fiorita is one of the
oldest hotels in Salsomaggiore Terme. It is situated at the top of Via Milano and, because of its location, appears to be
a place where memories merge the new and the old Salsomaggiore together.
Built from a project by the Milanese architectural engineer,
Cesare Nava, and
inaugurated on May 20, 1907, Hotel Villa Fiorita
occupied a pre-eminent position in the panorama of touristic hotels in Salsomaggiore from the start.

A historical photo
The hotel is in
Art Nouveau/Liberty style that is revealed in the undulation and
typical decoration of the outlines and the mass of
small openwork floral style balconies, which inspired its name, Villa Fiorita (flowering).
The Hotel continued its
history with
innumerable successes and its
management alternated between
well-known names and highly competent
hotel managers, until
Villa Fiorita closed its shutters for good in 1995.

The Mazza family
In 2001, Luigi Mazza, driven by great passion for his work, that comes from family tradition, and
love for "his city" decided
to buy Villa Fiorita. After renovation lasting 14 months,
Villa Fiorita was brought back to life in April 2002 with a complete face-lift in keeping with the Liberty spirit and atmosphere of yesteryear.
Today Hotel Villa Fiorita is
run by Luigi Mazza who, with his
wife Patricia and
daughter Martina receive their welcome guests with the
dedication and emotion that only those who love their profession are really familiar with.
